Design Consultation

Threadgold Architecture can be engaged directly for a property inspection or through your real estate broker through a design consultation which is an ideal way to commence a project if you’re unsure of your options. The practice will meet with you at your home to discuss your budget, lifestyle, spatial requirements and options for your home and site. A Design Consultation or property inspection will help you to explore the possibilities and to decide if the preferred course of action is right. For example, if a new home, alterations and additions or a small development is feasible, you are able to upgrade to a Design Consultation fee shall be deducted. If moving into an established home is the preferred option, we provide a property inspection of the home (or maybe renovation advice prior to purchase).
