The residence’s material palette incorporates Monument Colorbond finish single lap standing seam cladding and eaves linings to BAL 29. The white paint finish eaves and walls are framed by grey burnished polished concrete floors. The architectural specification includes 8’/2400mm high clear anodized aluminium joinery with hard wood pivot door. A roof mounted solar hot water and wood fuel firebox can be specified for wood fuel boosting.
